Relationships

Are essential adjacencies clear? Are incompatible activities separated? Does the zoning explain public, shared, private and service areas?

Movement

Can a visitor understand the route? Have doors, furniture and waiting spaces been drawn? Do arrival, deliveries and vertical connections work together?

Spatial quality

Have daylight, views, privacy and noise been considered? Does the section support the plan? Can the layout accommodate reasonable future changes?
